Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return period: You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of items: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
  • Eligible reasons: Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
    • The item arrived damaged or defective.
    • The item received is incorrect or incomplete.
    • There was an issue with product quality or function upon delivery.

Please note that returns for change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference are not accepted. We encourage customers to review product descriptions and photos carefully before placing an order.


Items Not Eligible for Return

To maintain the quality and safety of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, opened, or altered in any way.
  • Items without the original packaging or missing components.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or marked as final sale.
  • Returns requested after the 7-day window from delivery.

How to Request a Return

If your order qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your item at our contact page. 
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
  1. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization number.
  2. Carefully package the item and ship it back according to the provided instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unapproved returns may not be processed.


Refunds and Replacements

  • After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, we can also issue a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the error was ours.
